In this mini series, we will explore creative movement, mindful thinking and sacred ritual. Today’s class focuses on creating conscious feelings via the thoughts we think. How often do you actually stop and ask your self, “what am I thinking”? Not many of us do. Well, it’s time to start if we want to live in abundance and in control of our lives rather than in the seat of the victim.
The prompt here is to ask your self how you would like to FEEL most of the time and then create a thought that will invoke that feeling. Repeat it to your self like a mantra, tangibly feel the sensations, maybe even the visualizations that this controlled thought produces. This is how we change our feelings to be living in a good place now, not in the space of, I would be happy if I only had…fill in the blank, scenario. We have the option to be happy now. Our thoughts are our choice. It is something we have total control over, it is not easy work, but it is possible. I am here to help you navigate the process. Let’s get this party started!
