Gratitude Embodied: What does this mean?

How to show up more fully alive and in honor of that which you appreciate in your life. When we use all of our senses to acknowledge such things they resonate on a deeper level inside. This makes the moments when frustration arises easier to allow discomfort and also for it to pass. When we use all of our senses to really feel that which we have brought into our lives, we remember why. And we can love, honor and respect the amazing and at times, annoying parts. The romance of life is what we live for, when you allow, embody and pause, it's all good.
