Getting Alcohol Out Of Your Way Is An Act Of Radical Self Love

Some of my clients have been drinking since they were 15.
Our brains don’t stop developing until we are 25
and still we are creating and building new pathways until we die.
I don’t have my clients count days they don’t drink,
or go on a sober crusade against alcohol.
We don’t solve for the symptom, or the act of drinking,
I help my clients solve the cause.
Which is always the beliefs they have created about alcohol.
I don’t like rules or labels.
They are limiting to the unique potential of my clients to get on with their lives, doing what they were born to do:
Change the world as Empowered Women.
When you are born in a drinking family,
or start responding to the emotions of life with a drink,
in every situation
you think this is the norm.
Your brain creates the story of your life around this,
then you reinforce over and over, with a drink.
It’ not your fault.
It’s no ones fault.
Now you know, there’s another way.
My clients want nothing more than for alcohol to be out of their way.
Their wildest dream is that alcohol isn’t a part of their life.
You don’t need to hate alcohol to do this,
You have to LOVE YOURSELF harder.
I help my client learn to be unapologetic about claiming the BEST version of their lives.
Feeling better, looking better, BECOMING better, NEVER needs an excuse.
