This shift is especially powerful in learning to examine when and why we experience our sensations and emotions and what are the root causes and potential effects of those sensations.

Shift 3: Moving from judgment to compassion
This module is all about cultivating a stronger sense self acceptance, validation, and compassion. We learn to allow and validate our own emotions and journey. This is the opportunity to learn to hold space for you, to allow yourself grace to be seen, heard, and validated so you can release old patterns of resentment and regret.
