    This module is all about cultivating a stronger sense self acceptance, validation, and compassion. We learn to allow and validate our own emotions and journey. This is the opportunity to learn to hold space for you, to allow yourself grace to be seen, heard, and validated so you can release old patterns of resentment and regret.

  • This shift asks that wherever you are in your journey, you are always reevaluating and creating a lasting commitment to self in all areas of life. This module gives us tools to embrace our own self-authority and learn how to recommit to the processes that make us successful.

  • This shift is all about learning to celebrate yourself, how far you've come, and the impact you've already made on your life. This final shift is all about celebrating the transition from the physical and emotional isolation that alcohol has created into a life filled with more love, feeling more joy, and offering yourself and the world more grace.
