Overcome The Feeling Of Deprivation

FOMO is an illusion that your capacity for joy is decided by an outer circumstance.
Things don't create our happiness, thoughts do.
When we wait for life to be JUST RIGHT to experience pleasure, we give our power away.
And then... You take your brain with you into that moment.
That moment of achievement, becomes empty and fleeting because your Mindset hasn't shifted.

If you simply STOP drinking and only every look at the circumstances,
you will continue to feel like you are missing out.
You will be waiting on something outside of you to create your happiness,
forever.
This is called suffering.

When you take a Mindfulness approach to changing your relationship to alcohol,
you begin to see FEAR of anything, is simply a thought, NOT a fact.
You will inquire further into the INVITATION of your body and higher self,
to go deeper.
To come home.
To step into your power, pleasure and purpose as a Sovereign Woman.
Your habit with alcohol is an unintentional coping mechanism that is limiting.
It limits you from experiencing the abundance of love and joy
available to you NOW.
It does this in two ways:
1) With the space it takes in your brain and time from your day, out of the present moment.
2) In the way the habit has convinced you life will never be the same without alcohol.

The real FOMO is in experiencing the vastness of your capacity to be happy now.
To love your life now.
To be enough NOW.

You have the ability as a human to CHOOSE any perspective you desire.
Not drinking is only a problem if you decide it is.
You can also decide NOT drinking is the invitation to the better life you have been waiting for,
available, NOW.
