The way you THINK quitting drinking works, is way off
You've been waiting to change your relationship with alcohol,
but the habit of drinking has it's own belief system full of reasons why it won't work.
This habit is limited and has tunnel vision.
You can't change something that is buried.
You can't open new doors stumbling around in the dark.
You have to keep it in the forefront.
Look for the thoughts from the habit, identify them and question them.
They are not YOU, or FACTS, they are just thoughts.
Then you get to decided, from the voice of your higher self,
does the answer get you closer to the life you want?
Closer to self mastery and authentic acceptance?
Living with mental clarity, less pain, better sleep, emotional management and more peace?
The two steps to dismantling your relationship with alcohol:
1) Identify the voice of the habit.
2) Choose: a) with fear and uncertainty b) with love and possibility.
Whatever you choose, pay attention to every facet.
Question it with love and curiosity.
Your life is a manifestation of choices and interpretations.
Alcohol limits your brains power to access the total function of your MIND and the wisdom that is encoded in the DNA of your BODY.
In my conversation this week on the Podcast, I talk with Intuitive eating Coach, Tara Whitney, who exemplifies this experience beautifully in her own life. I loved this interview so much, I know you will too! Be sure to check out Tara's work HERE.
