You’re Worth It

It’s your own objections to why it won’t work, or you can’t, that are the biggest thing in your way to A new relationship with alcohol.
Objections are thoughts, not facts.
Objection are conscious choices.
Changing your relationship to alcohol is simply about changing your relationship to how you show up for yourself.
“That’s just the way it is”., won’t get you there.
you have to go beyond your initial NO.

You are worth THIS:
Investing money and time in your personal development.
Ending work, even when you think “you can’t”.
Hiring a babysitter so you can have alone time.
Leaving the dishes until morning.
Saying no to cooking dinner.
Saying yes to a solo trip.
Asking for sex.
Sleeping by yourself, and not letting be a problem.
Changing your mind after you made plans to have people over.
Skipping dinner at your in-laws.
or your Mother’s.
Letting your kids eat ice cream for dinner.
Deciding you don’t really like alcohol any more.
That it’s boring.
That it’s not in alignment with who you truly are.
Walking yourself through a threshold of the next season of your life, because,
NO ONE ELSE CAN MAKE THE DECISION FOR YOU TO DRINK OR NOT TO DRINK.

No one else will validate your choices enough to make it more meaningful than if you do it yourself.
The only way to true happiness is to own your power of choice, and trust when you make decisions for your highest good, you are in sacred service of the whole.

You are worth changing your mind and being your #1 priority.

This is what we practice in 1:1 coaching.
You seeing your thoughts for what they are, optional.
And FEELING the resistance that comes with change.
You only have to make one NEW decision at a time
