Holiday Harmony: Enjoying the Season Without the Hangover

The holiday season can be a magical time of year—but it can also be one of the hardest when it comes to maintaining a balanced relationship with alcohol. If you’ve ever felt the pull to drink just to “get through” holiday stress or to feel more comfortable at parties and family gatherings, you’re not alone. But this season, there’s a new way to experience the holidays: with awareness, joy, and a true sense of harmony—without the hangover!

Join me for Holiday Harmony, a transformative free 5-part workshop series designed to help you navigate the holiday season in a way that feels fulfilling, authentic, and true to you.

Each 30-minute workshop builds on the last, giving you tools, insights, and practical strategies to approach the holidays with confidence, balance, and a sense of peace. Plus, each session ends leaves you excited for what’s coming next!

Whether you’re curious about sobriety, cutting back, or simply want to find a new way to feel present and connected this season, this series is for you.

Workshop 1: "Awareness Amidst the Cheer"

In our first session, we’ll explore how the holiday atmosphere can subtly nudge us toward drinking—even when we’re not planning to. We’ll look at the common holiday triggers that can increase alcohol use and discuss why knowing these can be a powerful step toward a balanced season.

Did you know certain holiday “triggers” can impact the mind and body more than you realize? Find out how in the next session.

Workshop 2: "The Holiday Mindset Shift"

This session dives into how to recognize your unique emotional triggers and why alcohol may not actually be addressing what you need most this season—like connection, relaxation, or feeling more confident. Together, we’ll practice mindset shifts that make holiday gatherings more enjoyable, even without a drink.

Imagine showing up to gatherings empowered, calm, and fully yourself! In the next workshop, you’ll get practical techniques to make this possible.

Workshop 3: "Navigating Holiday Gatherings Sober"

Family dynamics, social events, and work parties can all be challenging without the usual drink in hand. In this session, you’ll learn tips to handle these situations gracefully and confidently while maintaining your commitment to a sober holiday. We’ll even practice strategies for handling pressure or curiosity from others.

Want to know how being sober can unlock a deeper holiday joy? You’ll learn all about it in our next session.

Workshop 4: "Joy Beyond the Drink: Rediscovering Holiday Magic"

Let’s bring back the magic of the holiday season! This session focuses on the true sources of holiday joy: meaningful connection, sensory experiences, and self-care. You’ll learn simple but powerful ways to experience the holidays as rich and fulfilling without needing a drink to feel “in the moment.”

The holiday magic doesn’t have to end here! Our final session is about creating a plan for a truly joyful season without alcohol.

Workshop 5: "Crafting Your Sober Holiday Blueprint"

In this final workshop, you’ll put everything together to create your own Sober Holiday Blueprint—a personalized plan for staying balanced, connected, and fully present all season long. From social gatherings to self-care routines, you’ll leave with a sustainable guide for a fulfilling and empowering holiday season.

This is just the beginning! Discover how you can continue this journey with an invitation to my New Year’s program building a lasting sober lifestyle.
