The Solution Isn't What You Think
Drinking less isn't how you trust yourself around alcohol and have a better life.
Exhibiting moderation and willpower when you still want to be drinking more, creates more discomfort and mental conflict.
That is why it doesn't stick.
You can't "hold out" forever.
Willpower runs out.
Your brain can't understand the VALUE of drinking less, because your MINDSET hasn't changed.
You have to understand the REAL reason WHY you are drinking in the first place.
And it's not because you like the taste.
It's because... feeling your emotions naturally, the good and bad, especially the big ones, is unfamiliar to you and your brain sees it as a threat to your survival.
You can drink less all you want, but you take your mind with you.
You have to understand how you are INTERPRETING your life.
Where you are GIVING your power away and how to take it back.
You are drinking because you want to FEEL different.
The good news is, you can change your emotions without alcohol
and without changing the circumstances of your life.
You trust yourself more when you have a higher level of emotional management.
When you know how to create feelings on your own.
When you are emotionally wealthy without the NEED for material abundance and consumption.
