Let’s generate some evidence that you are a badass and alcohol’s not the vibe for the future.

The ANTICIPATION of drinking on the weekend creates the majority of the tension you are trying to relieve.

You think you are relaxing from the stress of the week,
but if alcohol wasn't part of your life, that tension would be a fraction of what it is come Friday.

I want you to generate some evidence this weekend that you don't need a drink.
And that you are perfectly capable of enjoying yourself and your life without alcohol.
What's the worst that can happen? Seriously?

You and I both know getting alcohol out of the picture is inevitable for your health and growth,
so why not give it a shot from the place of curiosity?

I am giving you everything you need. But you have to be OPEN to trying a new way and actually do it.
