“Mary's work is life-changing.
It was the best gift to me and my family.”
“Before working with Mary, I was tired, depressed and uninspired in life. After Mary, my beliefs have changed. I enjoy life and am excited for each day.
I truly NEVER thought I would be writing this and not having a drink. Somehow, Mary creates a path for you without "clawing" your way through each day without a drink. ”- Ami Private Client
Find A Deeper Sense of Self Trust, integrity and Confidence around alcohol With my proven Method
The Five Shifts Process
-
We confront our story with alcohol head-on and learn to bring what we are trying to hide in the dark, into the light. This shift asks us to embrace all the facts of our situation and allows us to accept and embrace our journey.
-
We explore shifting from our pre-conformed thoughts about alcohol to becoming a curious observer of our personal relationship with alcohol. This module is packed with videos to help you understand your thoughts and triggers on a deeper level. This shift is especially powerful in learning to examine when and why we experience our sensations and emotions and what are the root causes and potential effects of those sensations.
-
Shift 3: Moving from judgment to compassion
This module is all about cultivating a stronger sense self acceptance, validation, and compassion. We learn to allow and validate our own emotions and journey. This is the opportunity to learn to hold space for you, to allow yourself grace to be seen, heard, and validated so you can release old patterns of resentment and regret.
-
This shift asks that wherever you are in your journey, you are always reevaluating and creating a lasting commitment to self in all areas of life. This module gives us tools to embrace our own self-authority and learn how to recommit to the processes that make us successful.
-
This shift is all about learning to celebrate yourself, how far you've come, and the impact you've already made on your life. This final shift is all about celebrating the transition from the physical and emotional isolation that alcohol has created into a life filled with more love, feeling more joy, and offering yourself and the world more grace.
